Hello, my name is Louise Marsden and I have been teaching English for the last 13 years at International schools across the World.
I graduated with an Honours Degree in English from The University of Gloucestershire in 2005 and then went on to complete my PGCE in English at The University of Nottingham in 2008.
I have a passion for reading, creative writing and poetry which I enjoy sharing with the students of Safa Community School.
During my spare time, I love to travel, play tennis and spend time with my family.
I completed my NQT at Poole High School in Dorset and then moved to Aloha College
in Marbella where I taught the IB and IGCSE for two years.
After this, I moved to Hong Kong to teach English Language at The Hong Kong
University College for two years.
In 2014, I started teaching GCSE and A-Level Literature at The English College in Dubai where I was also Head of Year 9 and 10.
I am moving into my third year at Safa Community School and really looking forward to the new challenges and experiences that are to come.
