Linda Marmion

I have been teaching across FS to Year 3 for the past 16 years and I was extremely lucky to begin my Safa journey as Head of Year 2 back in 2017. As Head of Year I was able to develop as a leader from within the Safa family. I taught in Year 2 for two years before starting my role as Assistant Head of Year 1-3. I am now focusing on Year 1 and 2 while overseeing the pastoral care across the primary. As Deputy Head of Pastoral Care, I have the privilege of being an integral part of our school community’s journey towards holistic growth and development. At the heart of my role lies a deep commitment to the well-being and flourishing of every student. I love to learn and have spent a lot of time over the last few years on my own professional development especially around the areas of wellbeing, mental health and safeguarding. I recently completed my NPQH (National Professional Qualification in Headship) from University College London and I am now more prepared than ever to take on the challenges and responsibilities of school leadership. One of the most fulfilling aspects of my role is building meaningful relationships with students and their families as we all work together to ensure that our students achieve to the best of their ability.
