I am really looking forward to welcoming the children to 3JW for the new academic year.
I am from Dublin in Ireland and I have lived in the UAE since 2012. I have three small children Zahra, Noah and Sophia. We feel very lucky to live in the UAE and enjoy the different cultures and traditions here. We spend most of our weekends at the beach or the pool and enjoy being outdoors when we can! I love to read to my own children and to my class and will be excited to hear all about their favourite books.
I have completed my post graduate diploma in teaching in Ireland where I taught before moving to Dubai. I joined SCS in 2019, prior to this I have worked at DESS and Gems Wellington Primary School. I strive to create a classroom where all children feel happy and have a sense of belonging. In our class, my aim is to engage all children in their learning, give them confidence to try new things and challenge them to reach their potential. I look forward to meeting you all and beginning our Year 3 learning journey.
