I am a graduate from Kingston University London with a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering. I have been teaching for 10 years with a number of those years being within outstanding schools within the UK. I have lived and worked in Dubai for two years and have really enjoyed learning about the diverse people and cultures living here in the UAE. I have extensive experience in teaching KS3, GCSE, A level and IB curriculums with my specialism being in Physics.
I have a passion for teaching and keen interest in helping students reach their full potential. My philosophy in teaching is to instill curiosity in students for the world all around them and to ensure my lessons are inclusive to all students so that progress is made by everyone, all from my firm belief this can be achieved with greatest success through strong relationships. Outside of school I have a keen interest in tape and hard ball cricket, playing badminton and anything Liverpool FC related.
My teaching experiences extends through 10 years. I have worked in Schools within London and Yorkshire teaching GCSE, KS3 and KS5 courses specifically A levels. I have also held specific roles within the UK involving university applications and UCAS along with leadership within Science. I have worked in Dubai for two years giving me experience in teaching IB Physics. I also have experience in the Engineering field.
At SCS I would like to offer and be involved with intervention within Science along with the various clubs offered. I would also like to assist in various sports teams particularly cricket.
