I am from the North East of England in a city called Newcastle Upon Tyne. I moved to Dubai and joined SCS in July 2021. I have loved living in Dubai due to the heat, beaches and most importantly how amazing the country is. I have enjoyed learning about individual cultures and their traditions.
I have been qualified for 5 wonderful years. The reason I wanted to become a teacher is due to being inspired by my own PE teacher and my passion for sport. My PE teacher encouraged myself to ‘give it my all’ in everything I do, which was participating in sporting activities. My aim is to become a positive role model to the students I teach just as my teachers were to me.
In 2017, I graduated from Leeds Beckett University after studying Physical Education for 3 years. I then moved back to Newcastle to complete my teaching qualification through Northumbria University. Once completed, I relocated and worked in a school in Northampton for 3 years which I thoroughly enjoyed. I am excited to be working with students through school and I am looking forward to getting to know new faces.
