I am a graduate of the National University of Ireland, Galway, with a Professional Master of Education. I hold an honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Limerick, Ireland.
I am an experienced teacher with previous experience teaching Physics at KS4 and KS5 and Science at KS3.My teaching philosophy is to create a stimulating educational environment where all students can reach their full potential. All students learn in their own unique way. I will use multiple methods of teaching to assist each child in developing their own learning style and reach this potential.Outside of school I love to travel. I am also a keen swimmer and have helped where I can within my previous schools squads.
This will be my second year teaching at Safa Community School. I thoroughly enjoy teaching here at SCS. I have previously taught in a school in Dubai where I have experience teaching IB HL Physics and KS4 Physics and SK3 Science. I also have Physics, Science and Mathematics teaching experience in a large community school in Ireland. Prior to my teaching career, I spent nearly ten years working as a Senior Microbiology Technician for Nestle and Pfizer. At SCS the ECA’s I would like to offer would include Science club for KS3. Intervention for KS4 and KS5. I will also aim to help assist in some sporting teams across the school.
