I am a graduate of the National University of Ireland, Galway, with a Professional Master of Education. I hold an honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Limerick, Ireland.
I am an experienced teacher with previous experience teaching Physics at KS4 and KS5 and Science at KS3. My teaching philosophy is to create a stimulating educational environment where all students can reach their full potential. All students learn in their own unique way. I will use multiple methods of teaching to assist each child in developing their own learning style and reach this potential. Outside of school I love to travel and see other parts of the world.
This will be my third year teaching at Safa Community School. I thoroughly enjoy teaching here at SCS. I have previous experience teaching IB HL Physics and KS4 Physics and KS3 Science. I also have Physics, Science and Mathematics teaching experience in a large community school in Ireland. Prior to my teaching career, I worked as a Senior Microbiology Technician for Nestle and Pfizer. At SCS the ECA’s I would like to offer would include Science club for KS3. Intervention for KS4 and KS5.
