Since qualifying from John Moores University in 2011, I taught for three years in England and for a short period of time in Ghana, an experience that I believe was life changing on both a personal and professional level.
I am thrilled to join SCS family and I am part of the Design and Technology department.
I have a broad and creative background offering a wealth of diverse skills in Fine Art, Interior Design and Graphics. I am dedicated to sharing my passion and enthusiasm for design and encouraging young people to reach their full potential.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy being crafty and making things! I also enjoy reading, exercising and travelling.
I first held a position at The Hollins Technology College as a Design and Technology teacher in the UK and since moving to Dubai I worked at Kings’ School Al Barsha from 2017 – 2020 and joined Safa Community School in August 2020.
I have a wide variety of experience and innovative approaches, ensuring my students are both passionate and successful in my subject area.
