I am really excited to welcome your child into 5AH for the new academic year at SCS!
I grew up in London in the UK, and I moved to Dubai in the summer of 2019. I graduated from City, University of London in 2014, with an honours degree in Music. I then went on to complete my PGCE and Masters in Teaching at Brunel University London.
One of my main interests is music, as I play the violin and piano and have been playing in orchestras since the age of around 10. I enjoy reading in my spare time and I love spending time with my family and friends. I also like making the most of travelling and exploring new places.
This will be my fifth year teaching at Safa Community School. Prior to moving to Dubai, I taught for two years at a school in North-West London, and then for a year at a school in Kent in the UK. My aim as a teacher is to provide children with quality first teaching, as well as creating an environment where they feel confident and supported as they progress through their learning journey. I’m very much looking forward to the new academic year and I’m very excited about the year of learning and new experiences we have ahead of us!
